ROTARY CLUBS WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW --- OVERVIEW About Rotary and roll out The success of the program (from the clients/schools acceptance, and its ability to do the job) shows it provides an excellent model for bringing such a vital resource to the youth of Australia. Through participating Rotary Clubs in Australia it is intended that the RYDA Program becomes a nationwide community based road safety education program which aim to influence the behaviours and attitudes of young people before they obtain their licence. Schools are encouraged to include such a program in their calendar. There are 23 Rotary Districts in Australia with over 30,000 Rotarians. Thanks to the voluntary support of Rotarians it is possible to deliver the Program at a low cost. The sponsorship from BOC which supports the National Office assisting Rotary Clubs to present this Program to their local community. Support will be sought from government authorities and the business communities across Australia. View RYDA Presentation
